Download locked files only

Is there any other windows software that will download locked files only from a canon camera?

Canon's Eos Utility.....specifiy which type of image you want to download using the "Download Images" tab of the preferences menu

Yes, via a USB cable. Your first post specified "from a Canon camera"....hence my suggestion.
