I seem to have got hooked into this photography game and as such have I've recently upgraded my camera to a 7D Mkii and I am not thinking about getting some better lenses

I current have a
Sigma DG 105mm Macro - which I love
Sigma DG 150mm - 500mm - Can't afford to upgrade this yet.
Sigma DC 18mm-250mm - which is the one I'm really looking to upgrade

My questions are about the upgrade I'm going to be looking 2nd hand but am torn on some lenses

As a "wide" angle it's either with the crop factor of the camera,
Canon EF 16-35mm F/4L IS USM
Cannon EF 17-40mm F4 L
Canon EF 24-105mm F/4 IS USM L

I am leaning towards the 17-40mm, I want to use the lens for landscapes and early morning sunrise shoots, these would be seascapes generally, it comes down to budget as I've decided to also go for the Canon EF 70-200 f/4 L USM as my day to day "walk about lens" is it worth spend the extra on getting the image stabilised version of this lens, as it would be an extra £200 - £300, it it was your money and I'm looking to spend as upto £800 on both what combination would you purchase?

Or is there another option, I'm really looking to increase image quality of my shots.

You are looking at full frame lenses which in my opinion is a waste of money and cost on a crop sensor.

70-200 as a walkaround lens is not a good idea as you would typically take many photos below 70mm (105mm on crop)

For your wide angle what about the 10-18 or 10-22? 17mm on crop is 27mm FF equivalent which isn't that wide.

I will have a look, Any suggestions on a "walk about lens"

I like the 70-200 as a walkabout lens- it's one of my favourite lenses even on crop. Whether it's too long a focal length obviously depends what you like shooting. Besides the IS, the IS lens is generally considered a little sharper (all the Canon 70-200s are good though) and is weather sealed- which may be useful seeing as the 7d ii is too.
For my money the IS model wasn't worth paying the 65ish% extra- but then my body's not weather sealed.

Ditto, what suits as a walkabout lens depends on what you like to shoot. My 70-200 is my short walkabout on my 7D2 - the 100-400 is on just as much, and quite regularly I take the dog for a walk with my 500 f/4.

My wide angles are the ones that come out for special occasions.
