Dog owner - "this park isn't for you"

I love dogs. Many years ago I trained them for obedience competition and we competed at championship level. Later, I became a very successful problem dog trainer.
I gel with dogs in every way, nearly all of them like me and we understand each other instantly.

But, if people want to take them for walks in public places (or on farmland etc) then it's their responsibility to ensure that they don't trouble other people, other dogs or other animals. I don't like to come across loose dogs in public places and my view is that if people want to allow their untrained dogs to exercise off-lead then they should own their own land on which to do it.
Yes exactly
I like dogs but don’t want a big dog that I don’t know running at me when I’m out in a park or nature reserve

I came across another example of irresponsible dog ownership the other day, on the "road" just outside our farm. A very local dog owner was out on her morning walk with her 3 dogs. The dogs were slightly ahead of her and one of them attacked a rabbit - which is fine because that's natural behaviour for a dog - but the woman ignored it and just walked on, leaving the rabbit writhing and screaming in agony.

I dealt with it, but it shouldn't have been left like that. I know this woman, she clearly considers herself to be a pillar of society but doesn't seem to accept any responsibility for her own actions, or lack of them. This isn't the first time, her dogs have previously chased a neighbour's sheep and our horses.

I've taken on a highly reactive Cane Corso as a rescue. Wonderful within the home but not so good out on her walks; she just does not like other dogs much, so as a responsible owner she's walked on a lead and will happily avoid interacting with any dog who gives her 10' of space.

But as at least two other people on here have said there is a dog owner phrase for, my dog doesn't react badly to other dogs which is great because he has no recall and no respect for boundaries and I'm too lazy to teach him any.
That phrase is " oh mines OK"..... well why do you think my dogs is on a lead FFS?
