Does web count as a tearsheet?

It should do bit i suppose it would be best to leave the browser address bar in the screen grab as some sort of proof that it does actually exist online somewhere.

You cant tear a website.. surely a tearsheet is slang for tearing out a press cutting?

Question may be bigger than we think and need explaining... but to cut to the chase.. if you mean towards a dataco licence then no.
