Does anyone know where to find good filter plugins for Ps?

I'm looking for some character, texture, atmosphere, genre effects type filters that I can use on photos in Ps. I've worked with these types of filters in Ae such as digieffects damage
that has filter applications such as aged film.

Any suggestions on the best place to find such filters?

I haven't checked your link but for textures try totally rad's dirty pictures (not what it sounds) great for quick texture effects.

VSCO is reckoned by many to be the best for emulating film. I use Topaz for a great many different effects including aged photo, toy camera, cross-process, HDR, etc, etc. Others prefer Nik Software's Color Efex Pro and other filters. And some prefer OnOne Software's filters.
