Does anyone know of a software or app that does the following

Hi All

We're looking for software or an app to compliment an exhibition of items in display cases. We will have several iPads that will be fixed on stands and we want them to be interactive. There will be an rolling selection of images of the displayed items and we'd like to be able to click on the image/page or an "i" icon and go to some text, web page or a library catalogue record. But it needs to be locked down so people cant stand there surfing the internet. It also needs to default back to the home screen when left. Does anyone know of a software or app that will do this?
