avoid sensor burn when taking star trails?:bang: this was taken with a d200, f 5.6 iso 500 and roughly 9 minutes long. straight out of camera.

Basically take shorter exposures then stack them, it forgoes alignment so final image are trails and not a single points of light.
Hope that makes sense. You may need to up your iso to make up for less exposure time.

thanks! i have been using startrails.de and it works great, thought id see if there was a way to do it with one exposure.
