Does anyone have Lowepro Pro Trekker 350 or Pro Tactic 350 bags?

Looking at one of these. I have a couple of smaller bags which are fine for taking some gear out (Tahoe 150, main bag) and Flipside 200 but want a slightly better one for when I take out all / most lenses, XT3, Mavic mini2 and maybe a film camera or 2 (or potentially action cam in future/dji gimball) as well as space for odds and ends etc...

This will be for days out as well as travel. They are bigger than the Ryanair small bag (40x20x25), but so is the Tahoe and never had an issue with that (although that is only a cm or 2 bigger in each side). These are around 7cm taller than that but as this won't be filled to the brim, can always push the ends in a bit to make it fit!

Interested to know if anyone has tried either and why they chose one over the other, and if they will squeeze onto a flight ok? Most of my gear is small (biggest lens is 55-200) and so I don't need space for a 300mm f2.8, just lots of small areas.

I have the ProTactic 350 AWii which was my main bag for a while. I used to put a Sony A7Riii, 35mm, 55mm and 85mm primes, a DJI Mini 2 with controller and batteries, a GoPro and a few filters/cloths etc and there really wasn’t room for anything else. The bag itself is very well made and very sturdy. In fact, it was so sturdy that there isn’t really much give/flexibility to the bag at all. It’s also pretty shallow. I now just use mine for days out where I’m only taking a few things with me and strapping a small travel tripod to it. It’s perfect for that imo.

That's my concern. On all my bags I have been able to squeeze out a few cm, so it sounds like this while not rigid, is closer to that type of design?

Yeah, this is really rigid. Great for protection obviously, but just absolutely no give.

Did order the Pro Trekker, but returned to Amazon today. Its a lovely bag, very well made, great storage and pretty perfect, aside from the fact that its just too big and not very 'squashable'. If only they did one slightly smaller!
