Does anyone have a Polaroid SX-70 camera?

Hiya all,

Happy New Year

Does anyone ideally in the Staffordshire/Cheshire area have a Polaroid SX-70 camera that I could have a look at for 10 minutes?

I want to get a feel of them/check out the viewfinder etc.

As a piece of engineering they're fantastic although the viewfinder is pretty low tech :0) Their biggest limitation, apart from being quite delicate, is that the Impossible colour film just doesn't do them justice. However, I think the newest version of the film is more stable so gives better results.

I have an SX-70 Sonar but am probably a little far away for you to try. I LOVE it!

The new Gen 3.0 Impossible film is much, much better in my opinion than previous incarnations. Here are a couple of examples, first two with the SX-70 and the third one with a 635, so different but still the Gen 3.0 film.
