Do you clean your lens cloths?

Yes. When I get around to it. I use microfiber cloths though.

I normally do a batch wash in the machine with all the spectacle lens cleaners I have

No, they're so cheap I throw them in the recycling bin when they get a bit 'grubby' and buy new ones.
