Hi folks

Does anyone know how to get the DJI mics to work on iPhone?

I watched some YouTube videos that showed you can use them via Bluetooth and then plug in the receiver.

I can't get the camera to select them - they don't even show up when you plug the receiver in.

Do I need another app or something?

Any ideas greatly appreciated

Adam

I can't help you here just just thought I'd point out Apple themselves also have a community forum in case you don't find the answer on this forum.

Just connect the receiver to your phone via USBC or Lightning if an older phone.

I have the Hollyland, very similar to DJI, I connect the receiver to my phone's USBC port and then the mics connect via Bluetooth to the receiver.
I don't need to do anything on the phone, once they're switched on it uses them to record sound.

Ah no I haven't seen that (have now)

So I need to download another app.

I can pair them via Bluetooth but when I plug my receiver in, it doesn't show anywhere I can see on the iPhone, I've checked settings, sound, camera mic you name it.

Thank you for this. Just downloaded the black magic app. Plugged it in and boom it shows. Shame it won't work with the native apple camera but black magic will do if I want to test out vlogging with it.

Thanks again @Hanley
Fab, glad you managed to sort it :)
