hi all i am going to be the "official photographer" for my sons football team and am considering the possibilty of selling some photos (if good enough ) to the parents via photobucket or setting up on zenfolio however my question is regarding paper work, the team manager has asked the parents if they will all sign a disclaimer(fair enough) but what do i need to put on a disclaimer?? when my son has played tournaments i have purchased photos off the photographers website and never thought if i should of signed a disclaimer to allow them to photograph my son and was never asked too, so on this theory i wont be asking every parent of the visiting teams however the manager will speak to the opposing manager and clarify any children not permitted etc. But back to the disclaimer for our teams parents i like the idea of one being signed but can anyone advise me on what it should say? presumably the manager and myself should also sign it?
also what hosting site would anyone recommend for a password protected gallery for parents to look through and if they wanted purchase prints? zenfolio? or another. i am by no means setting up as a business but want to start off on the right path rather than change at some point, i feel it would be better to use a hosting site that can be password protected rather than just say flickr. sorry to ask so many questions!!
