What should I do next ,I bought a camera from Digitalrev , when it arrived it was faulty so I had to return it, I got in touch with them and they sed that they would only pay up to £40 for return post, it cost £70 they sent me a new camera BUT did not pay anything for postage . After loads of emails I am still £70 down. anyone got any advice .

How are you £70 down, you just said they will pay up to £40??

£70 seem a lot to post a camera even to China?

Digitalrev have a pretty good reputation on here.
Also there own sales section.

Ok I see. I guess you have sent them a email explaining that you are out of pocket due to them supplying you a faulty product?

It may be worth dropping them a few words on twitter of their Facebook page... Companies don't like problems to be highlighted on social media sights and try to do the right thing ;) in front of an audience..
