I bought a Go Pro Hero2 from them that will not power up. (seems a common issue)

I have sent about 3 tickets to DR but they seem to be taking an age to reply.

Is this normal?
 
How long is an age?

Are you aware of the time differences? (Might be the obvious but worth mentioning)
 
Seems a little on the long side.. I've never used them personally.. Have you checked your junkmail folders just in case?
 
Yes, I have sent them ANOTHER ticket and an intention to return.

There is a firmware fix for this but I can't even turn it on for it to recognise a memory card.

I'm now in Kinochbervie and the road in was spectacular. I was wanting to get on car footage as I brought up my old RS2000. :(
