digital version of Fujifilm 60AF

The Fuji looks like a generic/basic fixed lens point and shoot 35mm compact so you could probably find an equally generic point and shoot digital compact to deliver the same results?

Having a built in OVF limits your choice with a digital compact but the older Canon powershots used to have them. I doubt you'll find anything more current though.

The Fuji x100 is probably the closest, though the lens is 35mm equiv rather than 28.5, and the viewfinder is hybrid electronic / optical
 
Just to add to my previous post, the 60AF appears to have a basic plastic straight through viewfinder, which is basically a plastic tube with frame lines etched on it. It's not a through the lens OVF in the sense of an SLR.

The x100 has an optical vf with a separate lens on the front of the camera with a hybrid eve overlay (no idea how that works.

Yes, the X100 has a basic OVF and a switchable LCD screen overlaid which shows a choice of exposure aids etc or a live view direct from the sensor.

I'm not sure what it is the OP is really looking for though? The 35mm analogue Fuji mentioned looks to be a pretty underwhelming compact point and shoot so I don't know if they want a similarly basic digital point and shoot or a technically much better camera like the X100?
