Digital Photo Subscription problems

Anyone else having problems?

So far, out of four months, I've had one issue delivered on time and correct. I've had 2 magazines not turn up, and one turn up missing a CD. I doubt it's the postie, because all my GF's magazine subs turn up, and all our other post turns up ok.

I've had to phone them every month to chase them up and get them to send me another one out.

I'm currently still waiting for this months issue. They've got 2 more days, then I'm cancelling the subscription... it'd be easier to buy it in the shops, least I'd actually get it then! :bang:

I've had a subscription with a few years with them now and never had a problem. Magazine always arrives promptly.

GF bought me the subscription for a Christmas present. I've had all issues on time and complete so far.

I had one turn up a couple of months ago without the CD - never did get through to them as they kept cutting me off. I keep meaning to cancel subscription as I am fed up with their obsession for black and white, grainy images and scruffy borders. I am looking to get sharp in focus images and they seem to be going more and more "arty"

I'm going to change the delivery address, to ensure it's not the postman/post office... if it continues, I'm going to sack them off

Yep, had a sub for over a year with no problems at all, apart from their current obsession with all things arty, and now its also got repetitive so cancelling anyway.
