Hope i have put this in the right place. I am thinking of buying a digital photoframe, i dont want to spend a lot on one so is there anything i should be looking for in particular, or can anyone recommend one.
 
Don't bother? I have one - it's been shoved in a drawer since I got it - it's never even been out of the box.

I tend to plug the laptop into the tv And run slide shows from there.
 
That's what I meant by don't bother - it's never been out of box because although I though it was a great idea to get one, having seen them being used at parties a few friends/relatives have them, none of them use them.

Just speaking from personal experience they tend to end up as another unused gadget. Of course if you are prepared to put the time and effort into using them, they do look fantastic. I'm probably just too lazy!
 
Got my dad one last year but he's not really into it. Then again he also doest know how to turn a pc on...

I my self also feel its another plug used and nothing overly amazing when my 42" inch can do the same at a larger scale when I want.

I know jessops have them on show and I'm sure if you bought from them and took back a week later not impressed they'll refund you.
