Ordered a lens from Stuart from Digital Depot, arrived next day, extreemley well packed (wife thought I'd bought half the shop, the box was that substantial :lol:) - absolutely excellent service, e-mail communication continued, despite Stuart being on annual leave!

A big thank you to Stuart, Jake and the rest of the team at Digital Depot.
 
I've dealt with Stuart a few imes and must say his communications are great, and his service has always been second to none.

After being recommended by Andyred I contacted Stuart at Digital Depot yesterday at about 3.10 pm and asked for a price on a 14x mk11 canon teleconverter.
was given an extremely good deal - stil cant believe it:clap: ! and informed it would be on next day delivery.
Stuart contacted me ten minutes after initial call to say he had caught the post and it was on its way. When I got home today there it was waiting for me !
Service second to none Stuart thank you. Will definitely shop with you again as service is excellent:thumbs: ( dont know what the wife will think though lol ! )

I used to work at Digital Depot with Stuart, they are very competitively priced and a very helpful team, I still purchace items from them now and would recomend them to anyone.
 
I cant believe how fast he turned it around for me - in time for Motogp trip this weekend :clap:
 
Just thought I'd post another thanks for great service to Stuart and Jake @ Digital Depot :thumbs:

Ordered a Op-tech strap for a mate who's leaving work, as a present for him. Spoke to Jake around 11.30am on Friday and the strap dropped through my door on Saturday morning. Can't fault that service.

Ordered a D700 over the phone yesterday and the Fedex man was at the door at 08:45 this morning!

Very happy with the customer service and fast delivery!

I will also give DD a BIG thumbs up, they have been excellent with me, the after sales is second to none.. it's also very refreshing to go to a store where people actually know about the stuff they are selling and are more than happy to talk to you about options and even happy to let you try b4 buy.
