Development times/ideas for 2stop pushed fomapan 100

As titled really, I've looked on digitaltruth but theres no suggested times.

I've had good result developing the iso 100 exposed stuff at 5 mins at around 22C.

I've exposed this at 400iso though which so should I develop for 3 times longer?

edit/ Only have access to ilfotech HC btw

A general rule is to add 50% per stop. 11 mins would be somewhere near.

In the PDF for the flim, It says I shouldn't change the developing time just the temp due to the latitude of the film. Its harder for me to change the temp in some ways than developing time
