Development issue ??

Strange effect on a number of negs developed today. Film is HP5, developed in LC29 @ 1-29. Temp was 20.3 degrees. The Stop and Fixer are getting bit aged, but I have been stumped by this. I first thought there might be a light leak but it looks more like a chemical issues? Ideas and thoughts welcome.

Yes in effect, it was just 9 minutes, but it wasn't agitated, during development.

It looks like some of my rodinal stands, because of it I semi stand now, just a turn or 2 at half time..

I think I should have agitated during the development. Also this was the end of a bottle of LC 29, perhaps it's time to crack open a new one!

yeah, I'm not sure what is to be gained by such a short stand only dev.
that sort of time usually see's 4 inversions a minute, although it looks like it would have probably been ok with a bit of twiddle midway..
