I did a search for this as I'm sure it must have been asked before.

What should you do when you get a mass (out of?) gamut warning?
I have tried adjusting HSL sliders using the dropper with not much luck.
I have read to ignore this warning and let the lab sort it out.

You've a few options.
1/ Leave it alone . It's really a question of how critical the colours need to be . In many cases you can probably get away with doing nothing
2/ Use the HSL Saturation control. Try dropping the Yellow channel rather than the green. It could be the yellow that is out of gamut rather than the green as this looks to be shot at late afternoon or evening.
3/ Use the Vibrance or Saturation control . Unfortunately this affects the whole image

If only there were a way to just select the red area

I had a similar thought and trawling through the net left me without much in the way of a good solution. If just for the net do nothing. If printing then either get a better printer that can print those colours or send them to a lab whose colour profile on their printers covers those out of gamut blinkies. I'm no expert so make of this advice what you will.
