After these very stylish straps that TP sold us I think it is time that we used the collective skills around here to design a T-Shirt which later could be sold to us TP saddos by the bosses of the forum - If they don't earn some money they might really sell out! :D Or of course this could be another excuse for a bit of fun. :)

Here is a blank to use if you don't have one of your own:

And a vanilla design to get you going:

Thats not a bad idea Gary.

I've been speaking to a local outlet about polo shirts and fleeces..I'll see if they can also screen print on plain T's

A few words of advice, I have seen a few forums go down the route of using digital transfers and the ones I have seen are dog ****, if any decent quantity are needed, direct print is the way forward for longevity.

Also when offering for sale give little choice - as in it will be White or Black, or only offer shirt colours that will take the same print, give all the options the printer offers and you are in for one hell of a nightmare !

Embroidery looks better on Polos and also opens up Beanies and jackets etc aswell and it will not be alot of cash to get the TP logo sorted for Embroidery, in fact a decent order will probably see it sorted for nothing from chosen company......

Embroidery is quite difficult on "T"'s due to the nature of the beast but polo's etc are no problem.
My daughter runs such a bussiness and I am sure I can convince her to "sort the logo" FOC
( shameless plug......sorry, but I left out her web link as a redeeming feature :D )

A bit more understated

I'm sure we did this once before, but here goes.

I'd stick with your front and add a design on the back.

This is obviously the style for Canon users.

Absolutley, its not really difficult it just does not look good, defo print for t'shirts but embroidery looks better and classier on pretty much anything else - lo,l and I am a printer, well was a printer !

ive got a logo digitised already with one company, and ive got another interested in taking on the business of fleeces etc, so it will depend on what happens there for the stitched stuff, im not sure whats best with T's, digital printing has come a long long way, in my day job we use digital printing for some work and the quality is outstanding

Go for embroidery every time. Polo shirts and jackets win over naff thin t-shirts.

Go for a discreet and refined embroidered logo on a quality piece of clothing.

:agree:

I'm unlikely to come to a meet but these T-shirts would probably not be visible except in hot weather (ha), so fleeces and jackets might be a better idea :)

Some great designs though :D

The merits of what material, print, stitch or whatever will be the reserve of the owners of this forum should a striking design ever be found. I had hoped to illicit design ideas on this thread and have no remit on actually producing any such garment. :)
