Derelict Building in the Midlands?

Hi All

I'm from Tamworth, Staffordshire in the Midlands. just wondering If anyone knows of any derelict buildings to take shots in? I've found a few off 28DL but not really been and scoped them out yet. Just in need of a nice "safe" place to go and take shots where the roof isn't going to cave in and kill me

What about Alvecote Priory? ...Not much left of it but it can make some interesting shots with a bit of thought.

Belmont Row looks good, but I'm not sure about getting access.
