Anyone had any experience of the Dell Touch Monitor for photo editing?

Was intrigued when I saw it looking for the UP2716D. Seems a decent enough price, but I suspect the spec isn't up to much and there is no suggestion it comes with any sort of stylus or input device other than fingers. I'm not thinking that this would be a primary display for proofing or anything, but effectively an alternative editing device. Dell don't sell it as such though, which would be surprising if it was even half capable of the job. But thought I'd ask!

It's only 1080P, so that's not ideal.

The smaller Wacom touch screens at nearly 4 times the price are 1080p as well, though granted, they're designed and sold as pressure sensitive input devices with pens. Actually, pressure sensitivity could be the big missing link here, but then that's no different to mouse input? I'm guessing accuracy might be a factor in this as well.... but....

It's an intriguingly affordable device with possible potential, but I'm guessing from the lack of response that it's a fairly straight forward no for most people! :)
