Dell ST2220t touch screen problems.

I have one of these Dell touch screens and am having trouble getting it to work.

I did have it working previously on an old xp machine, so I know it is working. But on my windows 7 x64 machine, the touch input doesn't work. When I plug in the usb I get a message come up saying that the usb device is not recognized, which when I click takes me to this screen.

I have made sure the latest driver is installed, which hasn't made a difference. So the question is, who is cleverer than me and knows how to fix it? (There should be plenty! )



EDIT: Looking firther into it, I have this error message, which is nice.

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

try the vista 64 bit drivers if not give me the mod No and i will see if i can find why at work try this 1 if you not yet

I tried that but still no joy.

The model number for the screen is ST2220st.

Simple fix. Tried another usb lead and all is working.
