Dell Inspirion 7000 - any good?

I have been waiting for a bargain for sometime as my poor old Dell Studio is getting a bit long in the tooth now.
I just looked at the spec of these new Inspirions and it looks quite good but I have never been impressed by them before as Dell appear to make them slower then the spec would appear.
I really want a M3800 but cash is short and they are way too much

I7, UHD 4k ips display 4gb graphics card &16gb 1.6ghz mem. Hard disk is huge but I'll swap that out for a 525SSD

Looks good to me, I've not noticed inspirons running especially slower than anything else.
