Dell InfinityEdge display - is it IPS?

I have been looking at dell xps 15.
For the screen i see option of FHD or 4k but no option for ips or not.
Are all "15.6" FHD (1920 x 1080) InfinityEdge display, Non-touch" IPS display?

They are both IPS.

Specifically I believe the 4K uses the Sharp 7PHPT-LQ156D1 panel and the FHD uses the Sharp SHP1453-LQ156M1 panel.
