Delivery of frames images

ParcelForce don't insure glass products....which is a royal pain!

I send many framed products out per week - best way is not having anything at all between the glass and the outer cardboard...

Did not realise that!!

I still use ParcelForce but pack extremely carefully. I still have issues, but that's couriers for you (slinging items, having heavy items on top etc).

I buy my boxes in from http://www.postpack.co.uk/acatalog/stock_boxes.html

The telescopic boxes are fab for framed prints. Shrink wrap all corners and usually over the entire picture too. Foam corners if required and as snug fit as possible with the box.

Canvases are much easier to ship :D

If you have a Staples store near you, they act as a collection point for DHL. One of thoses stores are often a lot nearer that the actual depot.
Just an idea.
