Any decent locations around London apart from Richmond/Bushy Park. Would be great to photograph from the car without disturbing animals but not essential. Thanks in advance.

Windsor great park can be good

Greenwich Park deer are a bit hidden. There's only two gaps in the wall to see them and the shots are very limited.
Richmond and Bushy Park are the best options *in* London.
If you can drive a little out, then Knole Park (NT) is good. The deer wander freely around the whole park so once you spot them it's easy to find shots.
