My divorce was finalised yesterday....yea.! So i'm free to marry the new lady in my life next May. (She played no part in the demise of the marriage btw)
The divorce was pretty painless and I have remained throughout on good terms (if there is such a thing in a divorce) with my ex. We did not involve solicitors at any point and I think this helped keep good relations. I left it 3 years before applying for the divorce and the whole process took 5 months.
So tonight i'm toasting the past and welcoming the future. Onwards and upwards.......
