Deconstructing and editing a Lightroom preset

I recently discovered a handy way to deconstruct and or edit an Adobe Lightroom Preset. Specifically it's handy for presets which you didn't create and therefore don't know the recipe of. It only takes a few seconds and will give you all of the adjustments saved in a preset in plain text for you to read, modify or remove as you wish.
