I've a GGS glass screen protector on my Canon body and am very pleased with it...

+1 for the GGS. Although I'm still using a cheap film one I had included from Panamoz and that's proved fine as well!

As above, the GGS ones are excellent, you even get a little one for the top screen too! Got mine from Amazon.

I have just the stick on film protector on both screens but I'm waiting on a GGS one with that slots into the viewfinder to come. Like the look of it.
