I was reading the Photo Plus magazine and there's an article in there about using the de-haze tool in Photoshop Elements 14. I have Photoshop CC 2017 and it's just occurred to me that the two programs aren't the same thing.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two? Also, is there a de-haze tool on Photoshop CC 2017 or anything similar?

Thanks in advance :)

PS Elements is a cut down version of PS CC2017 (for want of a better way of explaining). Dehaze does exist in PS CC see this

hope that helps. It also exists in LR which you should have if you have PS CC

Elements is a stripped down version of photoshop CC I wouldn;t overthink it if you already have CC. The dehaze tool is part of camera raw which can be used as a filter in PS CC. You'll get it in the filter menu.

Hi, Yes Photoshop CC 2017 has the de-haze tool, it is part of the camera raw filter located under Filter, Camera Raw Filter then select the FX panel.
