De activation of photoshop elements

Hi

I have the disc for Photoshop elements 10 and went to put it onto the daughters lap top, now heres the problem.
I installed it on my last desk top which broke down, so i bought a new desk top and installed it again onto that one.

So to load it onto my daughters laptop it says I need to de activate one of the installs but seeing as the last pc went wrong how can I delete that install??

tried contacting adobe and they say there is no technical support for elements, so is there any other way of doing this???

They're telling fibs....

I had it installed on 2 PCs, one went pop and I was stuck like you. I contacted adobe & they sorted it out for me

How did you contact them???
I tried phoning but got no joy, unless I went for the wrong option??

I think it was via a web chat, was two years ago so not sure

I phoned Adobe recently as I wanted to download my Elements 10 onto my laptop. They were quite helpful and e-mailed me the procedure and the code number to do this, which worked. I just contacted Adobe.com, but had to phone first and spend time onto India, but worth it.
