Yes
My images come out darker when printed but are fine on computer , had no replies anymore about my images being too dark on TP which they used to months ago.

Had it calibrated so not sure why , B&W images come out ok :(

- EDIT - I think i got it , adjusted LIGHT option by +4 :)

Are you viewing the prints in a well lit area?

Your screen is a transmitted light and simulates ideal viewing conditions. Your print is reflected light and needs to be viewed in ideal conditions, not a dimly lit room, for a fair comparasion.

I'd also check your calibration setup. Although it's calibrated it can still be too bright. Try reducing the contrast (whites) so they don't glow but are more like a paper effect and then calibrate again, you might find you get a closer match.

I too have the iP4500 and it took a few test shots to sort the colour management out.

It's important to try to set the printer up according to your paper. Many of the popular paper manufactures show you the setting to use. For example, you can find the printer settings for kodak paper here: http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuer...rintersettings&pq-locale=en_GB&_requestid=469

Do a google search for printer profiles for the type of paper you are using and see what you find.
