D300 - Jessops selling for £1099.99

I can afford the £99.99, its the other £1,000 i got the problem with lol
 
seriously tempted to jump sides with the D300 - looks a stunning piece of kit, but it'd mean starting over with lenses so am not gonna bother
 
I'm thinking of upgrading to either a D200 or D300 will my 18-200VR be suitable.
