Get Skyports instead... I wouldn't buy anything from someone who feels the need to stamp 'Paul C. Buff' (sounds like a gay bodybuilder) all over them...
If you look at this thread on the Strobist.com flickr group, someone from Finland got theirs and paid no extra tax, and the postage was about £20. Personally I would still go for the Cybersync's as they look more sturdy and have user changeable batteries unlike the Skyports. I'm not keen on the Skyports moving/flexible aerial either. All personal preference of course... From what I've read they are as reliable as PocketWizards at a lower cost, but have a shorter range which would still be enough for most people. They do have a repeater mode though to give more range... Three Skyports (one trigger and two receivers) from Warehouse Express works out at £203.59 inc P&P. Three Cybersync's works out at about £185 inc P&P.
