Custom Sized Prints

Is there anywhere relatively cheap to get custom sized prints done, 1 offs, I have a few letter box sized ones, I dont really want to get a printer just for the odd few prints, but I am beginning to think I am going to have to.

The easy way is to add enough border in Photoshop to take it to a regular size - then trim it off with a straight edge and knife....

then get it printed at a good online lab.

You never know - if you ask they might do it for you.
