Hi all, Now we are living on Exmoor there is a lot higher chance of my getting a Cuckoo photo. They arrived a week or so ago and been lucky enough to see them multiple times on my daily walk from distance and can hear them throughout the day in the distance on the hills/in the fields.
It appears they are creature of habit as seen at least one in same area each day, is there a pattern to them returning to the same posts eg hourly circuits ?
I will work it out from my walks but I have wanted to get an up close cuckoo photo for many years and hoping this next few weeks I might just manage it, last night I kept as concealed as I could and waited just over an hour but nothing, are the very aware of people in an area ? any tips from would be greatly appreciated.
