CS5 problem

I have CS5 bought the disk some time back-up to now Ive had no issues with it

Of late I find it very slow to close down, the bridge closes without issue, however: the Photoshop pages takes around 5 mins and is very slow to load too, should I delete and re-install


any ideas guys????

Have you kept it updated, also have you got of 3rd party plugins, they will slow down the opening of photoshop, some you can set them not to start with PS, you could check your performance settings in your preferences have a read

No plug ins and my hard drive is alamost empty- I keep all my images on a seperate external 1 x TB hard drive

Ps-Ive just un-installed CS5 & re-installed it -had to get all the updates inc Camera RAW- works fine now
