I'm not sure about making it. Taking drugs is in general not illegal - it's the possession that you get locked up for.

IIRC (and I skimmed an article in the Indy yesterday) they accidentally repealed one section of the law. It's entirely plausible that there's one section about selling and another about buying. The funny bit is that they can't immediately rush in a law to fix it. That will come at midnight due to some odd sort of cooling off period.
