I bought a Crumpler Daily 490 so I could use it as an everyday/laptop bag and then sling the camera pouch in when I went out snapping.

As a bag I'm really chuffed with it. It's a great size, well built & loads of pockets etc. The trouble is I'm having trouble arranging the inside of the camera pouch to comfortably fit my stuff. I've only got a D80 + 18-70 lens but if I put it in the middle on the little fold up platform it looks like I'd be hard pushed to get more than 2 other lenses in there, or 1 lens & a flash. Plus, it's a bit of a tight fit in the first place.

I'm really thinking of sending it back but before I do, I'll throw it out there. So...

How do you arrange yours?

I have the PrettyBoy XXL, it has 2 seperators (basically enough room for a few bodys and lenses).

I have a 400D body, 28-135mm and 430ex. I basically take one seperator out and keep the body with lens attatched inside, just flat with the 430ex in the other. Still got plenty of room for cards, batteries, lens hoods etc...

8utters, any chance of a photo with all your kit inside please? Pretty please :D

Yep here ya go:

Main compartment:

Easily enough for my 400D+Grip, 28-135mm and 430ex with space to spare (I could fit another lens ontop easily). Could also fit two bodies with 2 lenses and a flashgun.

Front pouch:

Can fit a lens hood, plenty of batteries (I keep about 15 in there at all times) and other stuff too if you cram it all in.
