Not sure if this is the right location for this, but here goes.
I ordered a portable (cheap China) Softbox.. Came with everything you need except the flash gun and stand. Inner diffuser and ball joint etc.
Anyway.... I ordered it on the Tuesday with Free delivery, it turned up the next morning! Opened it up and was surprised how good it was, except that one side was a bit twisted. I contacted the seller and explained this.
He advised giving it a strong twist etc to sort it out.
Well I was a bit worried about doing it and said so to the seller.
Next morning, Thursday the replacement part arrived as promised!
So ordered some wireless remotes this afternoon... they have already been shipped!
So ok... maybe we as consumers should not expect any less, but the truth is that its not very often we get good customer service like this.
So I thought its easy to have a moan when its bad, but how about saying when it is good..
