Creative cloud what do we think?

I'm trying to work out Adobe's new Creative Cloud. It's not cheap, but I can get the academic license which makes it a bit more reasonable.

For me it's a way of getting CS6 upgrade but almost more importantly I like the whole file sharing thing in the cloud.

However, as much as I watch the videos I've not worked out what it can do. Can I use it to sync my entire Lightroom Library with my ipad?

Any other thoughts on it?
 
I can't really see it being any use to me, as I only do PP on one mac. How it could be useful it getting Photoshop for a month at a time, only when I really need it.

I currently use Photosmith to sync between Lightroom and my iPad.
 
That's on their next release.

At the moment I use the hard drive publish service and iTunes sync, but looking forward to the imminent Photosmith upgrade.
