Creating a signature brush in CS4

This is doing my head in now............:bang:

In CS3 all I had to do was open a new document, use a tablet to sign my name,go to edit menu and choose Define Brush Preset.......Job Done.

CS4 won`t let me select "Define Brush Preset"..........Any ideas on how to do it in CS4?

Things I have learned recently - don't do it in white as it does not "see" it, and don't make it bigger than 2400 pixels (I think that is the size).

Do not know if this will help you though

I had this problem for ages when I was trying to do it in white. Changed to black, problem solved
