Has anyone used crazycameras.co.uk to make a purchase. If so have you had any problems with them? I made a purchase on 5/12 and almost imediately it went to 'In Shipping Processs' and could not be cancelled. Since then I have tried to call them (answer phone - left message when I could, other times the answer phone has been full!), emailed them (no reply despite 24 hour promise) and tried an online chat (which suddenly doesn't work!).

Any advice about this company would be graetly appreciated!

Thanks for the responses! Those other threads scared me a little but thankfully everything has been resolved and my item delivered. Having said that the only communication that I had from the company in response to all my mails & calls was a standard email saying my goods would be shipped in 5 to 7 days. Then, out of the blue, I got DHL notifications and the parcel arrived today! At least it is a happy ending!
