Pity the longest sentence served will only be less than 6 months though & hopefully they won't be able to insure anything for a long time. If caught driving without any insurance in the future they want locking up for 5 yrs. Scumbags.

The size of that fraud makes the sentencing look pathetic.
 
Hope anything they've got of value will be seized to repay their ill-gotten gains.
 
These weren't the actual ring leaders they have already been dealt with and are serving prison sentence the longest was about 6 years. I think these were persuaded to put their names to insurance claims for a cut in the payout.
 
have you seen the latest ones targeting buses? they have a few accomplices on the bus and the car pulls out and sideswipes the bus and the accomplices on the bus fly about and claim injuries... some got found out in an investigation as bus cctv showed when they were flaying about the bus there were pensioners sat normal and not shaken up in the slightest.

I agree completely having very nearly been a victim of this a few years ago in a minor shunt I am throughly disgusted at these sentences, that one of them was a nurse probably means a lot more to them as it will be almost certain they'll be struck off for that conviction
 
They are clamping down but still very much a feature of modern driving and insurance unfortunately
