You are still a youngster! Just look after your heart. Mine went bang in 2006. I was lucky - I was in A&E when my heart sopped big time. Left hospital, triple CABG but had 4 separate arrests needing resuscitation so did not get out until 105 days later! I was fit, exercised etc... I had my 51st birthday in hospital!

60 year old had a heart attack while at an event.
got to ask yourself how much damage in the early years.
I remember watching years ago and they used to just drink like fishes while playing matches on TV.
Smoking like Beagles as well and so many of them were horrendously overweight.
