Cracked a rib

There was I enjoying a spot of sofarobics (similar to chairobics only involving larger apparatus and a more recumbent posture) when the TV remote went over the side, took a dive to retrieve it,one of the buttons in the upholsery of the Chesterfield made sharp contact with one of my ribs ,ouch, much pain,that'll learn me.Be careful out there furniture can get it's own back.

I cracked a rib simply coughing once (pneumonia)...I can sympathise!

I couldnt sit, stand or lay down comfortably for about 3 weeks. 1 Sneeze.

Sneezing is the worst thing with this, I cracked a rib on the other side a few years ago, at least I'm symetrical now.

I tried Sofa Sufers Anonymous but they said I was too active for them,they would have got the wife to retrieve the remote.

I broke 2 ribs once at dads and lads football session (too bloody old) was in agony for weeks.
