There is no publicly available record if that makes you feel good, but in my view these are broadly equivalent. Someone this high up in the royal palace dressed as a nazi is not a joking matter. It is a serious insult to this great country that fought against the horrors of nazi evil in the WW2, an insult to those who died fighting and an insult to the innocent victims of the terror machine. Maybe this is what they really believe in because we've had far worse before

You can't have double standards like this for the blue bloods, government officials and the commoners in a real democracy.
I still don't think an insult or foul speech should result in prison sentence, but you also have to be consistent with the law, the code of employment or status of public office.
